The wedding of Cesar and Natalia was a great party, a celebration of life and happiness the way it should be. They are two open, enthusiastic and full of energy people. They are a very close couple, they have lived together for years with their pets in Barcelona.
I met them in Barcelona a couple of months ago where we held the pre-wedding session at the Monastery of Santa María de Montserrat. From the first moment I was treated like a friend and felt very comfortable working with them. I met their pets and knew a little bit of their history: they decided to celebrate their wedding in Valencia where Cesar has his family, and I was lucky to be able to take their Wedding photos in Valencia
On the day of the wedding, we began the story in César’s family home, that day Ximo came with me as the second photographer helping me to get natural and original photographs. César was very calm, as were his parents and loved ones, the little nephews were making preparations. The day is beautiful, the sun shines, and everything is in motion.
Once the story was finished at the Groom’s house, we headed to the place where Natalia was changing. We had the honor of taking with us the pets of the couple, two Yorkshire dogs who behaved very well during the journey. Natalia decided to rent an apartment in the center of Valencia where she prepared with her loved ones. A very successful choice since the light was perfect for the tasks of makeup and putting on the dress. The bride felt relaxed and very happy: Natalia was radiant her look and smile told us everything.
Once the bride was ready, we left for San Juan del Hospital Church. One of the things I like about been a photographer is the opportunity to do my work in unique places because of its history and beauty. As is the case of this church, one of the oldest and most important in Valencia. Its architectural and archaeological value date back to the 13th century.
The ceremony was solemn and emotional, accompanied by a rosiero choir in memory of the Andalusian origins of the bride. César and Natalia were happy and excited; their families accompanied them celebrating their virtues in their speeches. To everyone’s surprise, at the end of Mass Natalia sang a beautiful song leaving everyone speechless and her husband surprised and excited as never before.
After the rice, we went with the bride and groom to the banquet held in Jardines La Hacienda, an elegant place surrounded by orange trees, pergolas and a centennial botanical garden that allowed us to make a fleeting story of newlyweds before joining the welcome cocktail outdoor. At all times a pleasant and cheerful climate was breathed.
The banquet and the party are the moments in which the cheerful, happy and enthusiastic character of the bride and groom is noticed. They entered the room dancing a theme that they prepared with affection, between the surprise and the applause of all those present. The banquet was full of surprises, kisses, hugs, and gifts. The atmosphere of festivity and joy was contagious.
At the end of the banquet, everyone was invited to accompany the bride and groom in the garden where something else awaited them: A Drop of glowing lanterns that filled the sky with bright lights in a magical and unique moment of this great day.
The party began with the bride and groom dance, very beautiful and elaborate. All the guests joined to accompany Cesar and Natalia in this celebration. I had the occasion to take some really great Wedding photos in Valencia during the party. This is a selection of images from the story, a wedding that I will never forget.
Congratulations Cesar and Natalia, I wish you the best!
