It was really great to be the photographer of Elena and Giancarlo during the best day of their lifes. Usually wedding photographers take some time to select and edit their photos before posting them. In this case I decided to do it as quick as possible, because I wanted them to be able to see the photos during their honeymoon.
The wedding was celebrated in Alquería Santa Anna, next to Valenca. The groom got ready in Hotel Meliá. His family is from Italy but they live in England since many years. It has been very nice to meet this family and talk with them in Italian.
The bride got dressed in the house of her family, with the help of her mother and sister. Elena was very happy and filled with emotions in those minutes before the ceremony. Some friends arrived and admired the bride with her beautiful dress. Finally the time came to get on the Rols Roice car waiting downstairs to drive the bride to the venue.
the ceremony was great. Friends red and translated the lectures in three languages: Italian, Spanish and English. The decoration was done in a vintage style, with the bride and groom sitting on some mattresses made of straw and behind them there was an old radio and a sewing machine.
After the ceremony hundreds of balloons where let fly in the sky by the bride, the groom and all the guests. We had a little time to take some portraits before joining the guests in at the feast.
At the feast each table was speaking a different language, but everyone seemed to understand everything. This is just a small selection of the photo taken this day. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do!
