    reportaje Granada

As a Wedding Photographer in Granada this experience base been really special. Granada is amazing just as Yucca and Chris. I could never imagine to have the opportunity to photograph a couple coming from Hong Kong in one of the more beautiful cites in Spain. In reality Yucca and Chris will get married in March, but they wanted to have special photos to show on the day of their wedding, so they decided to do this photo shooting. So this was something like a pre-wedding destination photo shooting.

Sometimes a few hours are enough to create the trust needed to take natural and casual portraits, the photos I like best. When a couple is so friendly and joyful as Yucca and Chris it is easy. We already met in Madrid and so for this photo shooting in Granada everything was ready and well organized.

From the first time I talked with Yucca on Skype, she told me she would like to bring with her the wedding dress to Spain to have some photos wearing it. I was hoping this could be done, when she confirmed her dress was in her bag I was really excited. I knew I will have the opportunity to take some really special photos . Thanks Yucca for bringing your dress to Spain! 🙂

Granada, a city with many different characters:

Granada is the capital of the province of Granada, in the autonomous community of Andalusia, Spain. Granada is known for the Alambra, the most renowned building of the Andalusian Islamic historical legacy. This was the first location I thought for the photos of Yucca and Chris. Next to the Alambra we can find the Carlos V palace. This building is quite amazing, outside it base a square shape but in the inside there is a beauty full circular patio, with an incredible renaissance decoration made by columns and arches. After a short recognition I decided this was going to be the perfect place to take some great photos.

The light was good in the afternoon, and the tourists magically disappeared during the half an hour we shoot photos in the Charls V Palace. We followed up visiting the Carmen de los Martires, a nearby space full of interesting locations for the portraits of Yucca and Chris. For the final photos at the sunset we moved just in front, so we where able to see the Alambra in the background.

I want to thank my friend Adolfo for the help in organizing the photo shooting, and José Manuel for assisting during the day. Special thanks to Yucca and Chris for this opportunity and for the trust they gave me. Thanks! 🙂

This is a selection of the photos we took during this special Shooting, as a I really Wedding Photographer in Granada. I hope you like them as much as I do!
