As a Wedding Photographer in Rome taking photos with couples from all over the world is a very interesting challenge. Luckily I know quite well the capital of Italy, not only because I’m Italian, but because Rome is the city where my sister and many friends live. Every year I’m searching for an excuse to travel to this wonderful city, and my favourite one is: creating some amazing wedding photos.

My name is Martino Buzzi, I am an italian photographer born in Milan. I love art, travelling and meeting interesting people. My affection with photography started during my university years in Bologna and continues until today. During my career I have been lucky enough to meet and learn from many colleagues around the world. I believe Wedding Photography is a form of art that needs many different skills. But what is really important after all is the emotion that you feel when you look at the photo. I am always listening to couples’ ideas before planning a photo shoot. A beautiful background for your wedding
I feel very comfortable taking photos in Rome, since I know quite well the city. My sister lives here and I often go to visit her. I love to walk in the small streets of the center and feel this unique atmosphere made of ancient monuments, happy people and a little bit of chaos. Yes, the center can be a little bit chaotic. It is very important to know the best time to be there when there is the best light.
I usually plan my shootings together with the couple in order to organize all the timings. We generally have a video call some time before we meet and then we decide together the best locations. If you decide to have a photo shoot I will give you a map with the planning and timetable, in order to use our time in the best possible way.
I like to bring with me an assistant that will help us during the wedding or the shooting. In this link you can see a short “making of” vídeo we recorded some time ago in Rome.

If you are thinking about getting married or having your pictures taken in Rome the first step will be to get in contact and check for availability of the date. The earlier the better! If you are planning an elopement wedding or a destination wedding you can contact me and I can help you decide the best dates.
If you are planning a couple shooting or a trash the dress session I can help: We can arrange to take photos during a minimum of two or three hours or a full day. Some couples also feel more comfortable splitting two shootings over two days.
Among the most interesting locations we can find are The Colosseum, the Pantheon, Villa Borghese, Plaza de España … The possibilities are almost infinite.
